We wanted to notify you of an upcoming maintenance window for migrating the WalkMe Share infrastructure.
During this time, please expect WalkMe Share to be down for an estimated 3 hours while maintenance takes place.
The scheduled maintenance includes the migration between AWS accounts of the WalkMe Share application’s core infrastructure, database, dialog-manager, dialog-processor, and dialog-UI.
